We strive to match the shipping costs listed on our suppliers' websites and offer free shipping whenever possible. Please note that for some oversized products, a surcharge may be added. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Return policy
We honor the brand's return policy for all items. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items:
Items labeled as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Category return guidelines:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Apparel:
Must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
Should not be worn, opened, used, altered, or washed.
Beauty, Home & hobbies, Kids (Toys, Apparel), Sports & fitness:
Must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Candles, Fragrances, Oils:
Must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact.
Intimate apparel and Swimwear:
Must be unworn with the original hygienic protection sticker intact.
Shoes, Jewelry:
Should only be tried on over a clean sock on a carpeted surface.
Must include the dust bag and/or shoe box in original condition.
Sexual wellness items (except toys):
Must be returned in original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.
Note: Sexual wellness toys are considered final sale.
Technology category (except batteries):
Must include all accessories and packaging.

Refunds and processing times
Once the products are received and inspected the brand will issue a refund for products. After the refund is executed, it may take 5-10 business days to see the refund in your bank account.
