This online store is powered by Flagship. At Flagship, we work with your favorite creator to ensure you have the best shopping experience. We guarantee best-in-class customer service, take responsibility for returns, refunds, and work tirelessly with our suppliers to have the best shipping prices.
We offer free shipping whenever possible. We match any shipping costs with the costs on our supplier brands websites. Due to the nature of some of our oversized products, we may add a surcharge for significantly larger items. We calculate shipping during checkout.
We offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment, regardless of the return policy of the supplier or brand that delivered the package to you.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
Merchandise must not be used, or altered.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Final sale items may not be returned.
Extended returns: For purchases made during the holiday season (between November 15th to December 10th, 2023), returns will be accepted until January 10th, 2024.

Refunds and processing times
Once the products are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for products in full. Note that buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the products. After we execute the refund, it takes approximately 5-10 business days to see the refund in your bank account.
