We're committed to offering best-in-class customer service, handling returns and refunds personally, and tirelessly negotiating with our suppliers to secure the best shipping prices.

Shipping policy

We strive to match the shipping costs listed on our suppliers' websites and offer free shipping whenever possible. Please note that for some oversized products, a surcharge may be added. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Return policy

We offer free returns for all items (except for those marked as final sale) within 30 days of shipment. This is irrespective of the supplier's return policy. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items:

  1. Items labeled as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

  2. The following categories are considered final sale:

    • Sexual wellness toys

    • Food (perishable items)

    • Batteries

Category return guidelines:

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Apparel:

    • Must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Should not be worn, opened, used, altered, or washed.

  2. Beauty, Home & hobbies, Kids (Toys, Apparel), Sports & fitness:

    • Must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  3. Candles, Fragrances, Oils:

    • Must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact.

  4. Intimate apparel and Swimwear:

    • Must be unworn with the original hygienic protection sticker intact.

  5. Shoes, Jewelry:

    • Should only be tried on over a clean sock on a carpeted surface.

    • Must include the dust bag and/or shoe box in original condition.

  6. Sexual wellness items (except toys):

    • Must be returned in original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.

    • Note: Sexual wellness toys are considered final sale.

  7. Technology category (except batteries):

    • Must include all accessories and packaging.

Go to Flagship support to begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process and make sure it’s timely and simple."

Refunds and processing times

Once the products are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for products in full. After we execute the refund, it takes approximately 5-10 business days to see the refund in your bank account.
