PERSONALIZATION
Enter your personalization exactly as you’d like it to appear. For monograms, please indicate uppercase/lowercase formatting (e.g., Max J. Smith → mSj). Font color, border color, and artwork placement can be customized. Additional font options will be provided with your proof.
PROOFS
Proofs are sent within 72 hours of ordering. Please allow the full 72 hours before following up. Once approved, orders ship in 1–2 business days (3–5 during peak seasons). One complimentary revision is included; additional revisions may be purchased in the Special Orders section. If no response is received within 10 days of sending your proof, your order will either be canceled or printed as originally shown.

Etsy’s delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on several factors. Orders ship free via USPS First Class or UPS Ground. For time-sensitive orders, please select a UPS upgrade as USPS has become less reliable, with delays and limited tracking.
