About Artie Bars
An Artie Bar is a freaking TREAT. Our original is a spin on classic Millionaire Shortbread, which has a layer of homemade shortbread, hand-crafted caramel and scratch made chocolate ganache. We remix the recipe with other varieties like coffee, white chocolate and orange macadamia. An Artie Bar will always have three layers with a cookie base and be a big, decadent, nearly 1/2 pound delight. Founder Artie Januario (Jan-u-ARE-ee-oh) is a regular guy who loves to bake. After getting laid off from the tech world, he took a gamble to launch Artie Bars in early 2024 and has never looked back.
