This month’s blend is the second of the year designed by one of our community members, Mark. Mark submitted an earl grey suggestion that won our customer appreciation contest.
We’re celebrating our long-standing Earl Grey Month celebration again this year, so we’re featuring a bergamot blend in the club. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this flavor – it’s a trio of dark blue and dark red fruits that love the earl: plums, cherries, and blueberries.
If you like a mason jar full of good idea and earl grey, then consider your socks knocked off, this is so good. The addition of a touch of honey (and maybe a squeeze of lemon) elevates it to another level, but is certainly not required.
