For the best detox experience follow these steps

• Plan for it. Make sure you have at least 15-20 minutes to enjoy your detox.
• Hydrate. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your soak to support your body's natural detox process.
• Get rid of all electronic devices! This is a must for best results!
• Prepare the tub. Fill the tub with comfortably hot water, not too hot!
