Monograms MUST clearly indicate which letter is to be the largest: sJp, First: Henry Middle: Ford Last: Johnson
PROOFS
Proofs are provided within 72 hours. After approval, orders ship in 1-2 business days (3-4 during holidays).
To see a design before ordering, purchase "Proof prior to purchase" in the Special Orders section. This fee will be deducted from your total if you place an order.
Each order includes two free rounds of proof changes (up to two changes per proof). Additional proofs available in the Special Orders section for a fee.
SHIPPING
Free shipping via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping available. Art prints may take up to three weeks to deliver. Please note, I can't control shipping delays post-carrier handoff.
RUSH PROCESSING
For expedited processing within 24 hours, a rush fee applies. Select the 'Rush Production' option in the Special Orders section. This prioritizes the creation of your design; it does not affect printing or shipping speed.
RETURNS
Due to personalization, returns aren't accepted. If you're not fully satisfied, please reach out - I'm committed to your satisfaction.
