One of my #1 mom essentials: The Kibou fanny pack diaper bag! It's super portable, so cute (doesn't LOOK like a diaper bag) and has space for everything you need and nothing that you don't! Has a wet compartment for wipes, a clip for keys or a pacifier, fits an iPhone in the front pocket, has hard slots, and is roomy enough for a full sized bottle, plus diaper (or two), and even a couple small toys. The back has a removable fold-out changing pad, and when baby is out of diapers, you can remove it and replace with their "boo boo bag" portable first-aid kit.
