So for Passover, we re-leavened the magic matzo ball that we de-leavened for the other 357 days of the year. Back to our roots. The ball that started it all.
As an added bonus, these Bubs have a very reasonable amount of sodium, over 50% less than your standard matzo ball mix. Those are sodium 💣s. These are better.
NOTE: Bubs come as a dry mix, just like any other matzo ball mix. You'll need 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of oil for every 4 Bubs you make. This bag has 10 scoops of dry mix, making 40 Bubs.
