do I use the RF?

**Step 1: **Remove all jewelry from the treatment area, before applying a liberal layer of gel to clean, dry skin.

**Step 2: **Plug in the mains power cable, turn on your device then touch all 4 metal probes to your skin.

Step 3: Once the green light starts blinking, move the device slowly over your treatment area.

**Step 4: **After 5 minutes, the light will turn orange signaling that it’s time to move onto the next area.

**Step 5: **Rinse away any excess gel and continue with your skincare regimen.
