This vinegar was made by blending the kombuchas we brewed during the year 2022 and then further fermenting and aging them together in new American oak barrels crafted by artisan coopers in the Adirondacks.
This unique and ephemeral combination is a living record of us and our brewery during that year.

*Raw, unfiltered + pasteurized. May contain some naturally occurring sediment. Refrigeration is not necessary but will reduce the development of floating vinegar mother.
