About the brand
Chalo combines traditional cowboy craft with modern design, bringing you cowboy boots for your everyday. We work with a family owned tannery-factory in North India that has specialized in cowboy boots for 25+ years. Tanning its own leather to ensure quality and versatility, a core aspect of cowboy craft, it also supports Chalo’s small batch production values while showcasing the skill of our factory. Chalo, pronounced "chal-o", translates from Hindi to mean "let's go". Your Chalo's are crafted with a lot of love and meticulous detailing. They are a reminder to go on new adventures and are made to pair with all of your journeys. Note: our products are made in small batches to ensure sustainable and high-quality production, and reduce waste. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Typically, orders are delivered earlier than this time-frame depending on when they are placed.

Customize your cowboys
Our current collection and size guide is designed for women. We have the ability to customize orders up to a certain extent. This means we can alter design elements and utilize leather colors based on your preference. Our men's collection will be coming soon and in the meantime, we can take custom orders for men.

The fit
For the best fit, we generally recommend selecting your regular boot size. However, please note that our sizing tends to run slightly roomier. If you prefer a snug fit, we suggest opting for half a size smaller than your usual boot size. Cowboy boots have a comfortable fit around the toes, a snug fit around the foot, and a slight lift in the heel.
We understand the uniqueness of leg and foot sizes, and try our best to make the perfect fit for you. Each Chalo package includes a pair of insoles, kept separately inside the box. These can be used for added cushioning or a snugger fit.
