Often called the jamón of the sea, Mojama Extra is Spain’s finest salt-cured tuna. Made from the prized center of the tuna loin, this cut is known for its soft texture, curved marbling, and clean, refined flavor.

Cured simply with sea salt and air-dried in the southern Spanish tradition, it’s a delicacy with ancient roots—rich in umami, protein, and Mediterranean soul. How to enjoy: Slice thinly and serve with Marcona almonds, ripe tomato on rustic bread, or as a salad topping. For the full Andalusian experience, pair with a dry Sherry wine like Fino or Manzanilla. Flavor tip: Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving to let the flavor open.  Ingredients: Yellowfin tuna loins (fish), sea salt. Weight: Approx. 270–350g / 9.5–12.3 oz Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, please consume in 7 days. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadmium, which are known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
