King Cobra Apiary is a USDA-registered, Got To Be NC-certified commercial honey farm that maintains several hundred honey bee colonies in North Carolina. Their product is raw, unpasteurized, and free of any additives or preservatives.
This 8-oz glass honey-comb shaped jar features a beautiful painted label, creating the ideal gift or table presentation!
This Spring varietal is harvested April through May. Nectar sources include black locust, blackberry, clover, dewberry, blueberry, and various other wildflowers. Light and sweet flavor profile, smooth and easy on the palate. Perfect in a cup of tea, coffee, or on top of some buttermilk biscuits.
CARE NOTE: Store honey at room temperature. If your honey crystallizes, this is completely normal. It is still safe to eat and remains delicious! However, if you prefer it in its liquid state, very light heating can be used to de-crystallize it. Set the closed jar in a container of warm water for several minutes, then give your honey a good stir.
HEALTH NOTE: Raw honey should not be served to children under one year of age. Pregnant women should consult their doctors.
ALLERGEN NOTE: This product is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, wheat, peanuts, and soy.
