- Step 1- Take a drink with you to the tub to sip on while you detox.
- Step 2- Fill the tub with comfortably hot water. Be careful, not too hot!
- Step 3- Pour in The Salts + Essentials.
- *Pro Tip: Pour The Salts under the running water to fully mix into the bath water.
- Step 4- Hop in, drop the Vibe + RELAX.
- Step 5- Soak for 20-40 minutes with NO electronic devices!
- Optional Step 6- Once you are done soaking, wrap yourself in a towel or robe and head to bed. Lay down for another 20 minutes and continue to sweat it out. Remember, no electronic devices!
